This Banana Frozen Latte recipe is the perfect combination of sweet and energizing, making it an ideal pick-me-up treat for those warm afternoons or a delightful breakfast companion. With just a few simple ingredients, you'll have a delicious, frothy latte ready in no time!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • Ice cubes

  • 120 ml (4 fl oz) milk of your choice (e.g., almond, oat, or dairy)

  • Double shot of PureShrooms Mushroom Espresso. Blend 4 grams (2 tsp) in 60ml of hot water.

Equipment:

  • Blender

  • Shaker or mason jar with a tight-fitting lid

  • Glass for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare your double shot of PureShrooms Mushroom Espresso and set it aside.

  2. Peel the ripe banana and break it into a few smaller pieces for easier blending.

  3. In a shaker or mason jar, combine the banana pieces, ice cubes, and milk of your choice. Make sure you have enough ice cubes to create a thick and frosty texture.

  4. Close the shaker or mason jar with a tight-fitting lid and blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy. You can also use a blender for this step if you prefer.

  5. Once the banana ice shake is well-blended, pour it into your serving glass.

  6. Carefully pour the double shot of espresso over the banana ice shake, creating a beautiful layered effect.

  7. If desired, garnish your Banana Frozen Latte with a dusting of cocoa powder or cinnamon, and serve with a reusable straw or a long spoon to enjoy the delightful mixture of flavours.

  8. Sip, savour, and enjoy your refreshing Banana Frozen Latte! 🍌☕️✨

Note: Feel free to customize this recipe to your taste by using different types of milk, adding a sweetener of your choice, or even trying it with cold brew coffee instead of espresso. The possibilities are endless!
