  1. Shipping Methods: We ship with Canada Post, Purulator, USPS, Amazon delivery services within Canada and the USA. All shipments are processed and shipped within 1 business day from our 50+ warehouses across Canada and the United States. Typically you should receive your order within 1-3 business days. Free shipping only applies to domestic orders. 

  2. Shipping from Mississauga, Ontario Facility: In cases that your order is large (greater than 3 units) it will be shipped from our main manufacturing facility and warehouse located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

  3. International Shipping: International orders must be made at which facilitates US and international orders. For orders outside of Canada and the USA, shipping and custom fees may apply regardless of any onsite promotion. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to pay customs fees and rates. If you refuse to accept your package at customs due to high customs fees, we are not responsible for refunding that order or reshipping the order via another carrier. The package will be abandoned at customs.

  4. International Refunds: If you want a refund on your order, you are responsible for paying the customs fee to ship the package back to us. Once the package is received back at our warehouse, you will be credited for the cost of your order minus the original shipping charge and minus the customs charge to send the package back to us (if you haven't paid it yet).

  5. International Package Refusals: PureShrooms Inc. is not responsible for reshipping orders that are refused at customs. If customs refuses a package, sends it back to us, and we receive it back from customs, we can issue you a refund for the order only if we receive the package back and if the contents are in sellable condition. In the event the package is not returned to us by customs or is lost in transit, we cannot issue you a refund. We are not responsible for paying for the package to be returned to us or for reimbursing the customer for that cost.

  6. Inspection of Goods: International orders/shipments may be subject to the possible opening of packages and inspection of goods by customs officials in the country of delivery.

At PureShrooms Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Here are the details of our return policy:


  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a return shipping label to use when sending the product back to us. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  3. Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 1 business days.

  4. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please indicate that in your return request email. We will do our best to accommodate your request and ship the new product as soon as possible.

  5. Please note there are no price adjustments currently offered on Flash Sales or Special Promotions.
